About the Project
Off the beaten path in Nicaragua Popoyo, we're building a beautiful community for digital nomads with some of the best surf breaks right in your front yard.
Waves + Wifi is a co-working, hotel, cafe, and community that will offer short-term accommodations to the digital nomad community.
Passage Residences will serve as an extension of the hotel to provide the community with long-term, affordable, and sustainable 1 and 2-bedroom homes for purchase to be a part of our growing community.

About the Homes
We have one and two-bedroom models with varying styles and valley or ocean views. All models are state of the art design within 200 meters of the ocean and an eco-friendly design that embraces the local trade winds.
